The International PhD Studentship in Geoscience at Newcastle University is now accepting applications for the academic session 2023-2024.

Both Domestic and International Students who wish to enroll in Doctoral Degree programmes at the university are eligible for the educational prize.

Financial Support for Students

The scholarship initiative will pay for all of the costs associated with receiving an education at home and will also give an annual taxable allowance of £16,062 to support living expenses.

If selected, the individual will receive training and experience in experimental design, geochemical analysis, and modelling.

During the course of the programme, he or she will also participate in a collaborative effort with Aarhus University in Denmark.

Applicants are required to hold a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum grade of 2:1 or a Master’s Degree in a field of science that is pertinent to the position.
